Let’s Get Movin’:
Two Weeks of Joyful Movement
This on-demand program is a way to keep up your movement momentum during the summer season.
With that said, you can do this series at any time it's live (from May 25-August 31). All videos are on-demand and the playlist style allows you to easily see what videos you've already done. Feel free to return as often as you want.
There are 5 movement classes/week - 10 classes total. Some are long, others are shorter, and there's a wide variety of movement styles. There are two "rest" days/week - where I offer options, including guided meditation. I've suggested an order that I think works well, but go in any order.
Bonus: You will get two written workouts.
