Andrea Cameron, JD, RYT-500, CPT (ACE)

Founder

Andrea founded Aetheria Movement in 2021 after a lifetime of moving. She started dance classes at age three and continued through college and law school. When she stopped dancing regularly, her movement passion went towards fitness and various yoga asana styles. She began working in the fitness industry in 2014 in San Francisco, teaching barre and then suspension training. This ‘side hustle’ turned into a full-time love and career, where she’s met some of the most interesting and beautiful people in her classes. Andrea loves seeing students grow in their capabilities and surprise themselves with what they can do.

With her dance background, Andrea has a passion for connected and intuitive movement, music (a good playlist can make all the difference in a workout!), and community. She brings that into her classes and sessions with you! Andrea provides group classes and 1:1 sessions that are fun, challenging, and allow you to move in the ways that feel best for your body. Andrea teaches yoga, barre, HIIT, suspension training, strength training and combinations of these modalities. One of her favorite modalities is strength and balance training on the TRX. She also loves snorkeling, hiking, cardio dance, and is an occasional runner.

Join Andrea is classes 5-6 days a week, in the on-demand library and through 1:1 sessions.Interested in personal training or yoga privates, corporate classes or special (movement) events? Great! Fill out the form on the Contact us page. Have other questions? Check out our FAQ.

Sarah Lee, Ph.D., RYT-500, CMMT

Lead Instructor

Sarah is a San Francisco Bay Area–based teacher, practitioner, and lifelong student of mindful movement. She and Andrea met while both teaching at Hot Spot Yoga in Oakland, long before the COVID-19 pandemic.

A core value in Sarah’s work is supporting people in showing up authentically, including all parts of themselves. She walks this path in her own life by making space for the many things that matter to her: yoga, social justice research, inclusive education, music, mindfulness and meditation, and community. This integrative approach shapes the way she teaches and connects with others.

Sarah’s first yoga teachers were her grandparents, although she didn’t realize she was practicing yoga at the time. She began practicing more formally in high school as a way to recover from overworking her body from competitive tennis and classical music (hello, tendinitis). What began as a form of physical therapy gradually became a hobby, and eventually a lifelong practice.

She continued exploring different styles of yoga throughout her time at UC Berkeley as a way to manage stress, and completed her teacher training during her senior year. Since then, she has continued to deepen her study of mindful movement and embodied practice.

Sarah’s teaching style is intentional, grounded, and playful. She emphasizes alignment and uses the breath as a guide, offering both challenge and support. Her classes invite students to step out of their heads and into the present moment, while also encouraging a sense of kindness and non-judgment toward themselves. Often, she finds that this inner work is the most meaningful part of the practice.

The more Sarah teaches, the more she learns about herself, and the more she finds connection with others. She believes that when we are able to show up fully for ourselves, we are better able to show up in our lives and in our communities.

Sarah is deeply honored to be part of Aetheria Movement. Having been involved in its creation alongside Andrea, she feels grateful to see this vision come to life and to be part of a community rooted in authenticity, care, and connection.Credentials
